Update - Steve's Weightloss Journey

Here's the problem with weighing in everyday... you see all the little flucuations that your weight just kinda naturally does. Today it looks like I gained back 3 lbs. This is why Kelly always tells me I shold weigh in once a week instead of daily...

I'm not as bugged by the scale as I used to be, I know this is just the way it works and tomorrow it will probably look like I lost 5 lbs when it comes back around....

On the excersize front, I got on the treadmill yesterday even though I did not feel like it at all. I only walked for 5 minutes and I think there are 2 reasons for that. 1) I really was not into it. 2) It always maked my lower back start to get sore when I first get started, and it was really aching after 5 minutes. The success is that I got on it when I didn't feel like it. The bummer is I didn't push myself past being uncomfortable.
