Well, my first week and I lost 7.1 lbs. I'm very happy with a pound-a-day. I'm ahead of my tracking plan for the year. It's interesting that I was at 8 lbs and then didn't really track my food very well the last couple days and the weight inched back up a bit. Really shows how quickly it can come back when you start to slip. I'm not complaining and I should note that alot of initial weightloss in the week probably comes from the loss of retained water. I know I lost some of the water I was retaining because my feet aren't so swollen.
