My package from Medifast should be here tomorrow. That means I can get started on Tuesday.... Augh I can't wait. My body aches all over lately.... I'm really going downhill fast.... Out of breath a lot, tired, lazy, hurting, depressed..... yep.. I'm fat and unhappy. However, the last thing I still have: optimism!
I'm going to do it this time. I can feel it.
